Do not have a lot of choices and some staff not interested in helping. I found it a very poor shopping experience and would rather go to another city to shop.

Your staff are rude and do not represent your brand well. Don't take children into this shop as the staff are not welcoming, a very immature member of staff that I assume was a supervisor came over and rudely shouted that my daughter wasn't allowed to bounce the ball we were about to buy and then went over to another colleague and started staring and whispering at us! Train your staff in how to be pleasant to it's customers we went and bought from sorts direct instead as she was so rude about a situation that could have been handled in a completely different way!

I've had a really good experience here the staff were very helpful and friendly and help me choose the right pair of trainers I was looking for also I could pay in the way I wanted to pay which made experience even faster will recommend this place to everybody!

Poor selection of stock not very busy but had to wait a long time to pay. Seemed to be lots of staff about but only one on the till. At one point there were 3 staff behind the counter but only one serving.

Ordered a pair of away man u socks next day delivery. Wrong socks arrived. Took forever to get thro on the phone only to be told i have to take them back to store. Very inconvient. Wont order from them again. Unhelpful

I ordered 5 items on line on Sunday 1st October and by the 5th, goods were still in the warehouse. I rang your branch & spoke to Kirstie who was very friendly & helpful. She rang customer services & came straight back to me within minutes up let me know my order should be in on the 6tb October. I went in after work tonight to collect my order & met Kirstie in person, who again was very helpful and checked my order to make sure everything was correct. She is an asset to your company & I will definitely be back shopping again in this store & would highly recommend to friends & family.
