I had lunch here today which was lovely as usual but please instruct your staff on how to clean after customers leave a table. I watched two separate members of staff wiping the surface of the table neglecting the edges and not wiping the parts of the chairs(the top of the back) which people always handle. I had my own wipes which I used.

I love the frys they are the best frys i have ever tasted and they are good value at 4 (to takeaway) i love the chilli chicken and chips nicest meal ever. Best restaurant in Ards for a decent meal at lunch time.
Was in with my parents today who are in their 80s , the woman on the til cant even say lady, was so rude to my dad, she basically told him to move even though the people were backed up behind me. We are all in a difficult situation but manners don't cost but eating in Knotts does! They have been going for a long time but said they will never be back and neither will my family and friends.
Top class establishment well worth a visit.
