The reception staff are very rude, unhelpful and on several occasions have broken patient confidentiality. The practice also failed to provide the correct health care even when instructed to by A & E and other private health care professionals, their response to this situation was poor and the care provided is still atrocious.

The reception staff in this practice are horrendous and could really do with immediate training on patient care or get a new job!! The Pharmacist is a lovely man and very helpful.

Very quaint local practice! Expect delays - at least one of the GPs likes to chat which is nice, in a way. Pharmacy here is fantastic. We've been using them on a weekly basis and they have gone over and beyond in looking after our child.

Really friendly staff, Philip being my personal favourite! Normaly very fast and can order in as soon as they possibly can!
