What a terrific shop. High-end hifi to deliver quality sound to music listeners. Not for those whose listening stops at indiscriminate background beats. Jim Moore's experience and knowledge are detailed and available without pressure. A lovely guy whose assistance I value greatly. A small shop with surprisingly extensive stock.

Would highly recommend Moore’s Hi-Fi, I have purchased most of my equipment here. Jim and his daughter Pauline are very knowledgeable and never use hard sell techniques instead offer guidance to help maximise your listening experience. This is where to go for good honest service.

I've purchased a few hifi components from here and will be buying a Chord DAC very shortly. It's always a fine experience buying from Moore's hifi and you always feel reassured that Jim always knows what he is talking about and he always gives sound advice without being pushy. The products are all top notch, very well made and fabulously sounding, without flashing lights and other stupid gimmicks. No desperate sales staff on commission here, just a good honest family run business.
Jim, is one of life's nice guys. He has many years experience of selling and repairing HiFi. No Home Cinema here, just HiFi.
