Went down to collect my upgrade,the guy in the shop Kristophor,was complete gentleman.Looked after me,offered to set up the phone,got me sorted with a screen protector and case.was quite pleased.Offered to put the screen protector on the phone.Highly recommended. :)

Upgraded my phone and the staff told me that all my photos were backed up. They said that I'd get them all back when I set up my new phone and logged into my Google account but nope none of them are there so lost them all!
