I have never received such unprofessional and incompetent service in my career or life! After I had paid several thousands of pounds, they ignored my calls, changed my box material to something cheaper and delayed production by SEVENTY days !! If only i could give no stars. I would be very wary indeed, as the costs for me have been far greater than the packaging alone... the constant failings and unmet delivery dates have had a devastating knock on effect to my customers and business. This has been a migraine for months and i wouldn't wish the indue stress or expense on anyone.
