Amazing! Great variaty of products, I was able to get exactly what I wanted. The people working there are SUPER nice and very helpful! The prices are very good, very cheap, I had looked online for this chain and they wanted to charge me more than double, I really recommend to go to The Balloon Empire and you'll get great products at great value.

We won’t be back here as the balloons are poor quality and unfortunately the staff got very aggressive when I returned an item, and accused me of sabotaging the balloon Very disappointed and thank goodness The card factory saved the day. Just as I left another customer was returning an order! Says it all!
