Absolutely love my blind ! I went for faux wood with tapes. Brilliant service from start to finish and my blind came ahead of schedule Thankyou so much will definitely recommend to friends and family. Will definitely buy again

Although my order took a little longer than expected probably due to covid, when the fitter arrived he was quick, efficient and very clean, moreover my blinds fit perfectly and are beautiful, I am very happy with the service.
Update. 7th March 2019 (day 35 of this saga) still don't have the missing slats and still no phone call from home of blinds. I'm going to contact trading standards this morning to see if they can get it sorted. I wouldn't take a free blind from this company as it wouldn't be worth the stress ! Dreadful company. I was promised blinds in 10 to 14 days. 19 days later the blinds turn up which I paid for up front and one of the three didn't fit the windows, their fitter seems to be the only person employed by Home of Blinds Frances Street Newtownards capable of apologising for their shortcomings as when I rang the owner (David) he didn't apologise but said yeah I think the fitter mentioned that "I'll update you tomorrow" which he didn't do so they've had my money for 21 days today and I still don't have the blinds I was promised in 14 days don't touch this company. Get your blinds in Downpatrick or Carryduff but not from David from home of Blinds Frances Street Newtownards. Shockingly bad service from a terribly bad company... Update ! Their fitter called me today to say the missing blind will be fitted Wednesday morning 27th February 2019 and I'll update my review when i have my blind. Update you really couldn't make it up ! Their poor fitter (self employed) was mortified when he fitted the blind and realised they hadn't made enough slats to fully cover the window (2 slats missing) and I still haven't had a call from Home of Blinds to apologise or tell me when I can expect to have the missing slats. So tomorrow will be day 28 of the saga. I'm not even angry but thoroughly disappointed that a company who've been at this for thirty years cannot get a simple job done right or on time. I will update this when we get the job finished.
