Top service from start to finish. The guys in the showroom explained exactly what was needed and what options we had, easy to choose what stove we wanted and get everything ordered. Then Barry and his team came out to install and did a great job. They were also friendly, easy to contact and were flexible round us...I wish all tradesmen worked like they did! Very happy with the end result.

We were wanting to create a room in the style of the French ski chalets we have frequented in the Alps. Finding the perfect wood burner was made easy by The Stove Yard who worked with our designer and accomplished an exemplary result. Well done Ian for going beyond the stove and flue and helping us source the wood paneling as well.

I went to the stove yard to purchase my stove , hearth etc. Top quality and service. Barry and his crew came to fit the stove. I don’t think I have ever used a more professional guy. His work was outstanding and he kept me involved in everything they did. I could highly recommend him. Top job guys. I’m certainly 100% satisfied overall with the job. Many thanks.

Bought stove and had one of their workmen to install it. We arranged a date 4 weeks in advance which he brought forward a day at the last minute explaining he had a big job and it was the only way to fit me in. After rushing to get it finished they left and we started to tidy up and found the first problem. They installed a tile hearth which we found was marked, information from the stove yard was that the fitter was to show the customer the hearth before installing it which he didn't, after its down there is nothing you can do. A week later when we started to paint the wall we came across the 2nd problem. The plastering was terrible. I had to try and sand it down which set me back 2 days and still doesn't look right. Also I asked them to leave a gap for a wooden floor to be fitted under the hearth, joiner came to put floor down but there was too much cement blocking a fit so I had to carefully chip away at the cement trying not to damage the hearth further. The Stove Yard need to monitor their fitters as I've seen the same fitter with negative comments mentioned above. Report review

Emailed twice in the past 10 days and rang twice. No one answers phone but your advised to email them due to covid yet no one responds to emails. Disgraceful service.
