Could do alot more to help people, receptionists very blunt on the phone. You ring at 8:30 to speak to a doctor & don't get through til after 9 then told one left ring back tomorrow\ Have been trying all week it's a joke! A better system needs put in place

Can’t believe this surgery is still looking after patients health, it is dirty inside and out and the staff are so rude. My mother who is on her own had put in a prescription for her blood pressure tablets and she was also in the process of moving surgeries because of the way she has been treated. Her prescription was not dispensed and she was told when she rang that she was delisted. No one had the manners to ring her and tell her this.The receptionists are so rude and when you ask them their name they refuse to give it to you. What a difference it makes going to a surgery where you speak to someone who really cares thank goodness we moved from The Surgery Church Street.
Horrific. Doctors are great, never had a problem, but some absolute cows working behind the desk. Had a severe case of tonsillitis to the point where I couldn't breathe properly, rang the gp and explained i knew it was outside of the time I was supposed to call but it was urgent, receptionist didn't even ask my name, but responded with a large sigh and 'so you want me to go and interrupt a doctor in surgery?' absolute joke and making a formal complaint to ensure that particular member of staff gets a swift kick up the arse.
Extremely rude receptionists everytime, tried being overly nice one time to see if that would help them be kinder back and still just got the same blunt and cheeky response. They always ask \is it an emergency\ and even when it is they are lacking empathy and don't seem to want to give you an appointment.
Absolute Joke of a surgery , they should be ashamed of themselves. Rarely answer the phone and when they do they are rude B****S even been hung up on before. Do not even think about registering with this surgery. Stay CLEAR
