Living @Nexa has always been a pleasure. We extended our lease for the second year and are considering extending for a third. We have this quaint corner apartment overlooking the courtyard. The community facilities are top notch and the management is quite responsive to service requests and grievances. We had a wonderful experience with Tim when we were considering moving in to the community. We had a number of options to move within the area, but chose Nexa because of the considerate efforts that Tim took into giving us the tour and any questions we might have had. Overall a solid recommended place to stay with easy accessibility to restaurants, hangouts, metro rail, ASU and Mill Ave.

My time at Nexa was very disappointing. My entire damage deposit and additional money was taken for not “sanitizing” (not cleaning but “sanitizing”) my fridge and for not “shampooing” my carpets (photos attached photos to show their cleanliness) and other chintzy things. My apartment had very little wear and tear and was cleaned by 6 people. They will over charge you in rent and will take your damage deposit (and probably more) regardless of how you leave the premises. Perhaps the most disappointing thing was that they tried to have me resign my apartment for 1472, I was paying less at the beginning of my lease and my apartment (#2038) is currently available for 1380. Knowing that similar buildings (the two new buildings next door in fact - Apollos and Park Place) are full or close to full and Nexa has as of today (5/22/2020) has 179 openings states all you really need to know.

These apartments are absolutely beautiful and very nice, but with the daily train buzzing by every 10 mins for 18hrs straight a day you never get a break also the super loud construction outside which I see no real end in the near future & loud college students definitely makes me not recommend this place just because of that especially when your paying these rental rates! Also if you like silence this is not the place for you. Just feel sorry for the people here with leases because you definitely get a lot more bad from outside factors while living here compared to the glitter & gold when touring.

THANK YOU TIM FERGUSON!!!! I was relocating to Arizona and needed a place to live close to ASU (for son) and airport (for me). By mistake I pulled into Nexa to turn around. I saw that the office was open and went inside. At this time I was greeted by Tim Ferguson (Nexa Staff). I explained to Tim my situation and was looking for an apartment. Tim, who is also from Illinois a Chicago Bears fan and ISU Redbird, showed me around. I was amazed by all the amenities and how well kept the grounds are. Tim, pointed out all the features of the apartments and what he thought would be good for me. Tim gave me the break down of rent and Nexa is extremely reasonable for what you get!!!! I moved in December 2018 and my wife helped me. My wife was blown away by the property! All the staff are great here and enjoy how helpful everyone is. If you are looking for an apartment look no further. Nexa is a RESORT not an apartment! Living here for the last week my apartment has been great and thanks to Tim Ferguson for getting me here! The coffee shop and sushi restaurant are great also! Thank you Nexa! Jay Tapia
