EASILY the best tree service in Phoenix and it's not even close. In one day, Jesse & his crew came out and transformed our yard, to include pruning/trimming/cleaning/etc of over ten trees. The service was outstanding and they did the job we asked them to do, but what is making me write this review is the conversation I had with Jesse about our yard. This is a man who is as passionate and knowledgeable as they come. I said he should have a YouTube channel to educate people properly on lawn/tree care because I was truly impressed at how easily he communicated his knowledge to me. Absolutely wonderful experience. Thank you.

Well with the recent storms that swept thru Glendale knocked our pine tree down onto our house. I had never dealt with anything like this being a newer homeowner. Called a few places and everyone gave me run around even though it was an emergency. I didnt know what else to do and on my final search with google i found next level. Right off the back when I explained my situation to Ryan he turned a call away to come to me due to severity of my emergency. He cancelled jobs that weren’t emergencies to attend to mine which is unheard of in a world so money hungry. In no time he had his crew out and took tree off house for us to be able to do an emergency tarp job so water wouldn’t continue into home. I can’t recommend this company enough to anyone who is in same pickle as us or even for a simple trim. You can tell the love they have for trees and they don’t just look at it as just another dollar signs but it’s there passion to work on trees. When you see the owner (Ryan) come back suited up to cut the tree just shows you his passion he has. There pricing will beat anyone out there especially the big name companies you hear about just test them out and see for yourself. They gave me a very fair price one I wasn’t expecting to be honest. I can go on and on about my experience and about next level they made a nightmare a lot easier on us. Thank you next level for such and awesome experience!
Jesse and his crew of 4 spent the entire day with us yesterday, doing the spring cleanup that was much needed. I can’t say enough about the professionalism of this crew! They arrived on time, they got to work right away, and the work that was done was exemplary. This is the third time we have used Next Level Tree Service and I believe they are TOP level. I wI’ll never use another arborist to care for my landscaping work. We had dead Queen Palms that didn’t survive last summer’s heat, plus 2 other dead trees removed. Jesse and Tanya went the extra mile finding beautiful Italian Cypress which they planted where the palms were. They trimmed and cut back pretty much every bush and tree on our property and took away every scrap of debris. They also planted a couple of other shrubs for us. Over the last couple of years I have watched this crew remove a 40 ft. Sissou tree with roots that threatened our pool as well as trimming and scaling our 35 ft Mexican palms. They take all the safety precautions necessary to ensure safe removal. This is an arborist and trained/certified crew that will never disappoint. They are amazing, and reasonably priced.

Let me tell you, these guys are absolutely amazing their prices are great and their customer service is on point! We had a Palo Verde tree in our back yard that was needing a major trimming, these guys came out and knocked it out the park tree looks amazing now! We were so happy with the service we called them back out to do our front yard, needless to say our front and back yard both look amazing now, they do fantastic work and definitely know what they are doing. Will be using them from here on out! Thank you guys again .
I can't say enough good things about Next Level Tree Service! Jesse and his crew were prompt, professional, organized. They took down an extremely large 50 year old pine tree in my front yard and ground the stump completely in one day. Jesse is extremely knowledgeable about all things trees, pleasant to deal with, and very fair with pricing. Highly recommend and will use again!
I used them this week for the first time to trim three Palo Verde/Brea trees. Jesse thoroughly explained the best way to address these trees and provided a very competitive bid. He and his crew arrived on time, did exactly what they said they would do and cleaned up after they finished. I would use them again.
