I recently sold my house, although I didn't use Next Place they were my sellers estate agent and through the whole experience I was really impressed. I used another top Tamworth estate agent and although I'd paid for their services the communication from them paled in comparison to the service from Next Place. If I was moving again I'd certainly be using them. Laura (or Lyndsey?) was great to deal with at the start of the process, making viewing and putting in an offer very easy. Abby was an absolute delight to work with through the long 6 month process. She kept me well informed throughout, more than my solicitor and my estate agent. I really appreciate everything they did. I'd definitely recommend them, very professional.
