I have worked in a few real estate offices in the city and that enables me to see the various MO under which each office operates. I ended up with Rory at NextHome because I respect his integrity, professional standards and the mission statement \humans over houses\ that Nexthome upholds. The mission statement I adore, it says it all. Rory pays for our agents' fee at MLS (that's a first as far as I know) because he expects us to join the Realtor Association which obligates the members to adhere to the highest professional standards. Once becoming part of the family, agents are encouraged to participate a rigorous 12 week professional training to enhance our understanding of the profession and the quality of services for our clients. I have found the training a transformative experience. When one sits down with us, they welcome what they can expect: professional photos of your property, either for rental(a rare offer) or sale; detailed analysis of the market in relation of your property (Rory happens to be a RE lawyer who shares with our clients info unmatched by other Real Estate office owners) and most of all, respect of you and your property.
