After sales service, very disappointing. We have a service agreement and are expected by the Neyland management to make our own arrangements for delivering and collecting our car. it is 5 miles from our home to the garage and another 5 miles back. Rather a long walk for someone over 75 years of age - but that is what I am told I have to do! They should be ashamed of themselves.

Fantastic Service from start to finish. Car was damaged by another vehicle outside my workplace the day before my service was due to be carried out. As this was before the bank holiday weekend I was stuck for a vehicle as I had a family event so needed a car desperately. A car was provided which saved the day and it was immaculately clean and well presented and turned a lot of heads. I purchased a car from yourselves 4 weeks ago. Customer service during the sale was brilliant. Following the sale I have had an issue which I cannot seem to get resolved! I have telephoned on numerous occasions and been told someone would ring me back. Still no call back! Very disappointing after care service
Like most dealerships parking the car not easy very little space to navigate around the site. Staff really are not very user friendly covid signage pretty poor
