Avoid this company at all costs. They will beg you to change the move in date earlier. When you meet them halfway, they will still do the early date and kick you out earlier. They won't respond to emails. They won't fix urgent plumbing issues. They will enter your property without giving 24hrs notice, and without knocking on the door. Just awful stuff.

I found NGB Lettings to be a warm and comfortable place to be. The staff looked laid back like they enjoyed being there. The offices were nice and clean and in my mind, the perfect environment to settle in. For me, this is a Company I would love to belong to where I know I can thrive and make a difference.
TO AVOID 100% Once you sign the contract you can pretty much say goodbye to your deposit. This and many other agencies expoilt the UK bond scheme repayment procedures to avoid paying back your deposit. Me and my brother were signed by Mr. Terry and stayed in Flat9, 27 Oriental Place, Brighton for a 6 month period- after contract expired we had to hire a lawyer to get back our bond. Still today no bond was refunded - lawyer or no lawyer you will not get your money back. This agency is a complete SCAM - avoid or try for yourself....

Completely unprofessional. Gave them all my details and Booked a viewing. After not receiving any confirmation of my viewing I called back two days later. They could not locate my details but advised a call back once they did. On the callback I was told that the property had already been let (this is one day before the viewing ). They never saved my details and never booked the viewing. I had another tennency that I didn't jump on because was waiting for this viewing now that fell through. Very unprofessional and total waste of time.
