Very nice experience to get into the long cable car travel (about 25mins) to get to main island from Tian Tian Buddha and Ngong Ping village. Quite a scenery where you can view the airport and few nice islands along the way. Quite long queue to purchase your ticket and also to get into the cable car especially during peak seasons. Price a little expensive but wort it.
Less wait time comparing Tung chung. Better View.
The first time I was on the cable car, it was quite a thrill for me. You can choose either a glass bottom in your car or solid. The cable car takes about 43 minutes to reach it's destination. During the winter months it is a lot cooler when you reach the top of the mountain. Each car can hold up to 8 passengers.
Highly recommend; well, if you aren't afraid of heights. Worth spending a bit extra for the glass bottom car!
The glass bottom cart is worth the extra . Amazing 360 degrees views of Hong Kong Loved every minute.
The view from inside the cable car is priceless!! You should try the crystal clear glass cable car.
