I ordered a piece of glass for a 72 inch tabletop, we got home it was an inch off. I called the next day to get it replaced, i was told that the guys cut it wrong and that they would pick up the other piece and deliver the new piece. I already paid for it expecting it to be 72 inches the first time and days later i'm still waiting for their mistake to be made correctly. I have called a few different times now trying to see when it would be dropped off. You shouldn't make a customer wait so many days. I'm really not happy that it's taken this long since they're closed on the weekend and probably won't get it till Monday now.

Pleasant people to work with. I needed a new glass cut for my print bed. They've asked me to bring in the old glass to take measurements. Within minutes he had the new piece ready to go.
They're do very good job and exactly what I want. Very good service. If they have problems they phone right away.
