Lovely welcome and very clean rooms

I've been doing maintenance at A1 Star inn for about two-and-a-half 3 years. The owner Abid allows tenants that stay monthly to go from room to room and gather in groups. They get together smoking and coughing and have a free range of the motel. If you value your health you'll stay away because they don't care about anybody else and the owner only cares about the money
For the price you pay, it is hard to beat the value. You get a clean room with mini fridge and microwave (and of course TV). The front desk people are more than helpful and extremely pleasant to interact with. In my case I found them to take care of all my needs big or small - when I stayed there for about a week. To top it all it has free wifi that works perfectly well.
I wish i could give this place 10 stars. Let me tell you why... I called the morning before i arrived and asked if I could pay over the phone now, so my girlfriend could check before me and set up a surprise for my sons birthday. The owner said "dont worry about it, i will give her a key and you can pay me after you arrive". That, alone, is a kindness and a return to more honest days i haven't seen in a while. When i did arrive, and went to the front to pay, he had a Birthday Card for my 12 year old son, and gave all the boys free pops. I was genuinely blown away by the thoughtfulness and sincerity of this place. I will stay here every time Im in the falls. Its not even a question for me. The rooms are clean, well decorated, and the Inn is remarkably quiet for a Saturday night. I strongly recommend staying here, amazing price, staff that cares, genuinely, location is really nice too.
This place was perfect, especially for the price!! I expected a rundown place for the price I paid but the accommodations were definitely sufficient and comfortable. The room was clean and neat, staff was awesome, friendly, informative and polite. I stayed here night after night and had no reason to change hotels during my whole stay in Canada. I even drove to and from Toronto and still decided to stay here. No complaints, especially not for this price !
Room was very small. Building is very old service was nice. The air conditioning and heating was on auto and they had the heating on. It was so hot inside the room. I wish, I could maintain the room temperature of my liking. Overall not bad for the price.
Stayed here for two weeks. My boyfriend and I were given a decent sized room. It was clean. The bathroom was spacious. Very friendly owners. They were attentive and always gave us free bottles of water. Price was around 350 for the week at the time which wasn't bad at all. I would definitely return to this motel.
It’s mother’s day and I’m posted up in room 27. This little motel is BY FAR the best little motel I’ve ever stayed in for a weekend away from five children. It’s VERY clean, owners are very friendly, rooms are cozy have microwaves fridges very clean bathroom, sheets etc. one thing is there should always be one extra pillow and extra set of towels up on the shelf in the closet. Other than that though I will be staying here again and will be absolutely recommending to my family and friends. It’s a bit away from clifton hill but we didn’t mind. Freshco is down the street as well as some other common amenities. Pool is here but not open yet as it’s not in season there is also a swing set. :). GREAT JOB ON SERVICE PROVIDED TO ME AND MY HUSBAND :)
