Love, love, love this studio! Rachel is absolutely amazing!! I went in with doubts and came out feeling at peace, relaxed and wanting more! My 2 boys 10 and 13 also attend weekly Sessions! Best decision I ever made! You will not be disappointed with this studio and all it has to offer.

I love, love this place. I travel for business so I can’t go every week, but when I’m home I go to class and they welcome me like I never left! It’s relaxing, they have something for everyone, beginners if you haven’t tried a class I urge you to do so! You won’t be sorry, plus, you’ll find a calming place to balance your inner spirit.

Love this little studio! It’s so quaint and calming, nothing makes me happier than when I get the spot beside the fire place. Instructors are great and genuinely care about your wellbeing. Would highly recommend!
