Thinking of changing banks. The monthly fees and branch hours are absolutely atrocious. The people inside the location uphold the reputation of being nice people but yea, I'm paying almost 20/month and am forced to mobile deposit my checks-which delays them by 5 days.

I have received AMAZING customer service today. Dylan was beyond fantastic. The level of customer service, attention and willingness to assist that he has provided exceeded all of my expectations. He went above and beyond to clear a check for me before the weekend. He was proactive and immediately offered to contact the issuing bank for verification. He got it done. He should teach others how deal with customers in a friendly , patient and accommodating manner. GREAT JOB!!! He deserves a bonus!!!
