Cheap 69 room with Jacuzzi tub older room, close to falls but no falls veiw, 1indoor & 1outdoor pool, indoor is the only one I'd swim in. Customer service, maintenance and cleaning is the reason I drop the rating to 4 instead of 5 because my room could have been cleaner and more maintained. Great value for money though. If the room was cleaner & The jacuzzi plug was in my room right away and I didn't have to bother ppl to get one ,, I would have put 5star. I would go here again though.

We landed here because the house we had rented cancelled our reservation at the last minute. The gentlemen who checked us in were very nice. The hotel isn't fancy, but it is clean, quiet and safe. The kids enjoyed the outdoor pool. We were close to the main drag, but not on top of all of the noise and crowds. The cleaning service got to our room very quickly.

The rooms are a little dated, as is the overall structure of the place. The wi-fi is slow compared with, say, a good Comfort Inn. The indoor pool is great - quite big and deep, but no towels are available in the pool room. The location is fine - it's a short walk to the Falls but just far enough from Clifton Hill not to hear the noise from all the tacky amusement venues there.

A very basic hotel, but for the price that's okay. Quick efficient check in and out. We had a family suite. It was so big! Two bathrooms (three piece and a four piece). The view was great! We watched the fireworks from our room. It was close to Clifton Hill, but far enough it was quier. Two pools, which we used a lot. My only issue was I felt our room wasn't serviced enough. The room was clean, just with 7 of us I needed serviced more then it was. Overall, a great experience! We plan on staying there again on our next holiday.

Now know as Grand Memories, price is more than fair during my stay. Clean, neat, friendly and well worth it. You get your money's worth. Very close to the city center, casino, Clifton Hill litterly walking distance. Recommendation is if interested in using the pool during seasons fall, winter and spring is to request to have your room on the same side of the pool this way you can access the pool much easier.

Overall we were satisfied and would likely try them again in the future. Staff was friendly and we were even able to check in early so we saved on parking for the day. Waking distance to the attractions. Our room didn't have the fireplace as advertised. I would recommend asking for a room away from the pool if you don't want a screaming children alarm clock.

This hotel was a good surprise for us. When we booked it online it originally was telling us it was a far walk away from Clifton Hill. When we arrived we were pleasantly surprised that is wasn't far at all. Literally minutes walking distance! Lots of people were staying there so the line to check in was a long wait... and they charge for parking. It was a decent hotel for the price especially being so close to everything!

The rooms were OK but the customer service was awful. The owner was always watching you while outside I guess good security. All the top plugs in our room didn't work and the TV didn't work. The service person came in and looked like he was on drugs. Cheap affordable stay in the falls but wouldn't recommend staying here if you're looking for a classy getaway
