I had an amazing experience at the spa! The view is great, despite it being a gloomy and rainy day the day I visited. I booked a few hours before and was lucky to have found an appointment for the day, since it tends to fill up quickly. I chose the stress relief massage. The staff were friendly, welcoming and professional. Mask policy is enforced. You need to arrive at least 15 minutes prior to your appointment to ensure you have enough time to fill in the forms required. I love the environment overall, since it offered a relaxing experience and a fantastic view of the falls. Washrooms were also very clean. Finally, Dei was very friendly and enjoyable to chat with. I look forward to visiting again.

A delightful place to relax and enjoy. Diane and her staff make it wonderful. My daughter and I enjoyed our pedicures. Ashley and Liz were amazing. What a great place for a spa with an amazing bird's eye view of the Falls. We will visit again.

Had a poor experience at this establishment. My wife and I went in for a massage and we both walked out unhappy. The floors in the massage room were super dusty and had loads of hair scattered throughout, not a pleasant thing to be looking at when you're face down trying to enjoy your \peaceful\ massage. The lady who was doing my wife's massage was constantly asked to apply more pressure and use more strength. The masseuse was an elderly lady and in all honesty did not do a good job at all. I had a mini consultation with my masseuse and told him what areas of my back I wanted focussed on, in return he just basically did a \freestyle\ massage and now I've been experiencing pain in areas of my back and neck that I've never experienced before. To be honest I feel like this was a \side job\ or first time thing for these two. No proper training or care from these two workers. Very disappointed as we spent almost 400 and walked out feeling pain later that same day.

Had an incredible Hot Tub mineral soak with my significant other at the time. Was absolutely perfect middle of winter Hot Tub Aromatherapy soak overlooking the beautiful falls.

Amazing service at the Spa and a stunning VIEW from inside as well. Given the current restrictions due to Covid, staff continued to be very hospitable and professional.
