Stayed here for a night, and found it a great find. Ive stayed in a number of hotels in the Niagara Falls area, so I have a lot of experiences to compare to. All safety procedures/signs of procedures were in clear view all over the hotel, and all employees and guest were following them. The room was clean, the location is right near Clifton Hill, the hotel grounds were clean, and the hotel desk reps were welcoming. Theres a Keg attached to the hotel, so a nice place to eat if The Keg is your type of restaurant to go to. I would stay here again.

Love the view!!! If you can get the top floor take it. Very clean rooms and very nice. Just wish they used a better television with a proper cable hookup. Seems like something simple for such a nice hotel chain. Five stars for hearing out my nitpicking. Love the hotel! Go here!
Great, clean hotel. The staff (especially the concierge) were very kind and helpful and had excellent restaurant and general tourist recommendations. The hotel itself is in a fairly convenient area, located right on Victoria Ave. and only a short walk from the main strip where there are tons of restaurants and gift shops, etc. and better yet, only a short 10-15 minute walk from the Falls itself. Definitely recommend.
Amazing hotel front desk to management staff are nice and frendily i love this hotel the área is good rooms are súper big updateed and clean i had a view of ciftion hill but you cannot see the falls from this hotel but this hotel is better then econo lodge and howard johnson down the street i will be back and i cant Wait its a family friendly hotel this hotel deserve 4 stars

Booked a reservation the day of and was not disappointed. The room is perfect for our one night getaway. Excellent area, tons of food and shopping options within a small walk. Found out the falls are only a 15 min walk. Minus the hill back on a hot day it was absolutely perfect!
I had cancelled my booking and to my greatest surprise, my credit card was charged for one night despite the fact that I have proof that it was cancelled. I called hotels.com and they transferred me to this hotel. Upon speaking with them, the hotel told me that it was a busy labour day weekend and that they couldn’t refund me. I still don’t understand as to why my card was charged for the booking. i called hotels.com again and they told me they would do an investigation into the App and I haven’t heard anything from them...
This is a modern, clean hotel right in the middle of everything. We walked to the Falls and all around to the different tourist activities. Surrounded by restaurants and coffee spots. Great location. We got upgraded to a king Jacuzzi room which was very nice. The staff are helpful and friendly. 5 out of 5, would stay again.
