We have been here a few times and had nothing but a wonderful experience. Everyone was so helpful and went above and beyond to make sure our stay was to the absolute best. Super friendly staff, would highly recommend this place to anyone. Rooms are always cleaned and presentable and having a fridge and microwave is an absolute godsend. Absolutely love it there!

The hotel is good enough. Clean and organized. It’s location is great. The lady of the counter was mistaken about my room and I had to change to another one but the price was cheaper so that’s fine. You can easily walk around and see Clifton Hill attractions.

I was super impressed by everything! The women at the front desk were charming and helpful, the 2-star accommodations were supposedly modest but I loved the jacuzzi in the room and the pool was the perfect escape during this craziness. Can't wait to go back some time!

True as it is for any hotel, they like to mint you by offering standard and/or below par services. Its always best to book them ahead of times. PROS This place has a good parking and spacious rooms. Employees are well trained and courteous. Room Service is nice Right on the main street that leads you to Tourist attractions in and around CONS Linen may not smell fresh to your satisfaction Wall plugin chargers may not work TV Remote controls arent clean For any of the cons above.. staff can immediately assist.

Never again will I stay here. It all started with getting there when I was informed that I had to pay the deposit on credit card which I was not prepared to do. Then after pleading for about 10 minutes they agreed to do it on debit but it would be double the deposit. So I had to move money around to make the deposit or loose my non refundable booking. Following this event, once we got to the room we noticed that one of our pillows had what looked to be a blood stain on it. I took a picture and went down to reception where I was "compensated" with free parking (which I was informed at checking out on the hotel app would already be free) and a late check out which was no good to me because I had to be checked out earlier for an appointment that morning. Then upon checking out they tried to charge me for the parking because they determined it was a food stain and not blood as if that made the situation any more acceptable. Terrible experience. Unhygienic. Proceed with caution.

My boyfriend slipped in the shower as the bath tub had no anti-slip mat. Not only that but the shower curtain rod also fell. When I went to ask for an anti-slip bath mat, the receptionist told me that they would have it sorted but this was not done. We had to go to the reception again and were then given the option to swap rooms but again with a bathtub with no anti-slip mat. We were told to put a floor towel in the tub and shower. This was also a safety hazard and they said there’s no choice. Reception was RUDE and I guess they were okay with us falling in the bathtub as even I slipped in the bath tub later. BEWARE!!!!!!!!!!! Poor service and rude argumentative reception service and safety hazard bathtubs!! Otherwise location is good and hotel is very clean and tidy.

The location, cleanliness and customer service at this hotel was amazing!! Nothing fancy...but exactly what I was expecting for the price. I will definitely stay there again! I did not eat at the breakfast area. (It was not included). Parking I felt was reasonable for Niagara falls at 15. And I did not use the pool.
