The only reason there is one star - They make it very easy to place an order for the Sole E95 elliptical which I suppose is great. When it came time for delivery they only sent one man who was not able to get even onto the front porch which is 2 half height wide steps. My teenage daughter who has health challenges helped the delivery man to get it partially undercover of the front porch. I called to complain and they sent out another 2 men later that day, who also could not get it in the house through a very wide front door to the wide open hall. My daughter told me that they tipped it and rolled it, tipped it and rolled it. I went to open this unit today and to my dismay saw that it was a previously opened unit that had been re taped. The box had clearly been cut. I am very discouraged by this experience that a company can think this is ok. It is simply shameful behavior and poor customer service. I have sent them an email and will wait a reply. Meanwhile, my excitement to start my health and fitness plan has taken a good shot of discouragement.

Be prepared to wait on hold and wait for responses if you have an issue. I have called twice (and currently going on 4 hours on hold that started as the number 7 caller) where I waited over an hour for a quick response that stated to email. From the email, I was told it should be no more than a week, and yet here I am calling again because I have no update. I get COVID is slowing things down but either they are grossly understaffed or they have a really poor system for dealing with issues. The product I purchased, a treadmill, has been okay but it developed an unknown issue within 2 months of arrival. I am told the company is usually good, but I am just not having that experience and I can see quite a few others have had similar issues). Seeing your response - maybe, just maybe the phone system should have indicated that the office was closed. - what are you social media sites? I still can't find any indication of this closure?

We recently ordered a Sole F63 Treadmill through Dyaco. Although we missed out on the first order do to limited supply, Michael and his team were able to source another batch and we were able to purchase one the second time around. The product showed up on time and was relatively simple to put together. All round great experience with the team at Dyaco with this purchase of a product in high demand as of late.

ATTENTION!!!!! Do not buy any products from Dyaco as this is how they treat their customers. Spirit treadmills, due to their hard wheels, can damage your flooring like it did mine!!! I purchased a XT485 treadmill and while it was folded, in the very specific way, as per their moving instructions, I relocated the unit to its final resting place ( on a treadmill mat) only to find out that it ruined my hardwood floors in the process. The wheels are designed in a U shape as you can see in the pictures and leave gauges in the flooring. This was the email correspondance from a manager... We have received your request for compensation regarding the damages on your hard wood floor. After reviewing your case and consulting with our lawyers and the store where you purchased the treadmill from, it has been determined that the damages were not caused by a manufacturer defect but in handling of the equipment by the user. Therefore, we must deny your request for compensation. Regards Carole Koabel Customer Service Manager Beware! Beware! Beware!

We received an elliptical on January. The first issue was the sound of a bearing. I called and spoke to cs and she requested videos. Waited a complete week and no one got back to me. Called back and left a message on their voicemail. They called me back after 2 days to let me know that someone will call me back as soon as possible. Waited another week and called back and another agent asked me to resend all the videos to her. At this time the board started to make noise and very loud, Plus bearing issue. After one month of following up, the agent placed a service call. The technician came over to change the bearing and he found another wire that has a default. So we have to wait for 2 more pieces( the board and the default wire) to receive parts in the mail so the technician come back and install. I called costco to return and they refused because its over 30 days of return. spoke to a Dyaco manager and he said all he can do is extand the warranty. We purchased this product from January and we are already March 23rd and we are unable to use the Elliptical. It costed us over 1400 and now its sitting in the basement waiting for them to fix it. I am totally sad because for all the calls i made not even ONE AGNENT SAID SORRY for this experience. This machine has problems from day one!!

Worst customer service ever.I had purchased a treadmill through costco.while i was happy with the purchase it lasted only 1 week. The treadmill started making clicking noise making it impossible to run on it.Upon reaching out to customer service and providing aufficient proof with videos its been more than 2 weeks with no response or ETA whatsoever regarding the issue. All they say is they r busy and there is lunar new year.its not customer’s problem if you are understaffed and send a faulty product.I couldn’t even use it for a week after spending such huge amount on piece of dead weight. There is no empathy no response to emails.I am surprised how costco is selling them.

I purchased an Xterra fitness bike from Dyaco through Amazon. The bike arrived yesterday, and after I assembled it and tried it out I noticed that it's very difficult to pedal and the resistance adjusting knob doesn't work, doesn't change the resistance. I called their customer service. The representative was quite rude, told me the bike doesn't have warranty although there is a manufacturer warranty in the package that arrived. She advised to call a technician who will charge me to get the bike fixed. So now I have a brand new bike that doesn't work and for which I have to pay extra to get fixed. Very disappointing Dyaco!!!!
