This is my go to place to stay when in the Falls. Service is top notch six rooms are clean and comfortable. Best part of is location to everything you could want. Can walk to Clifton in minutes and lots of options for dining whatever your preference. Do yourself a favour and give them a chance. So much better than chain hotels.

Great value for price. It’s a motel but it’s great. Clean rooms, new Kleenex boxes (not sure if that’s always or in response to Covid). Friendly front staff. Parking is 10 extra (which is mid-range - some hotel parking is 20 but there are also sketchier lots charging 5 all day parking.) Only slight downside was the broken toilet paper roll holder

The stay was very good. Rooms are clean, Me and my friend enjoyed alot. The best part is Miss teena the receptionist. I must say i never ever confront such a nice and sweet receptionist. Every restaurant should have these type of customer care . Thanks

Very clean and nice rooms be careful when leaving a deposit at the front desk instead of credit you your deposit back they deposit the 100 and take from your account a double deposit.

It is an affordable motel, 15 mins walk to Niagara Falls and the downtown strip. Service is cold and not so friendly. Parking was included. The room was big yet looked outdated. The bathroom didn’t have enough handles to hand the towels on. The sink was outside the bathroom making it harder for the family (noisy). There were fridge and microwave. Windows facing the parking lot, and on the side a public balcony - this was not good because we were unable to open the blinds. People we don’t know would look in our windows from that public balcony and they were also smoking there. Towels looked dirty. Beds are not comfortable. Suggestion: please, upgrade to the new towels, add some hangers, and lock the public balconies after 8pm so the guest could open their blinds without being watched.

Check in was easy, the room was beautiful. Comfortable bed, very clean room. Even the housekeeping staff was in masks and gloves. The only downfall, no fault of the inn, but our new car was keyed. The person at the front desk was very apologetic and promised to review the footage to see if he could see who did it. We come to Niagara often and would definitely recommend and stay here again!

Rooms are very clean and nice for only two people tho, Parking not free, they won’t tell you that hou key stops working at 9am although check out is still two hours later, washrooms are not too big, the security deposit takes forever to come back to your credit card at the end you get what you pay for

This was the second time in 2 weeks that I stayed in Niagara and with the same owners. Our other room was actually under reno at the other location and they called right away to let us know. We stayed in the most beautiful room ever! Huge sunken hot tub with a huge walk in shower. Not to mention very quiet and clean. This made for an amazing stay. I would definitely recommend staying with Falls lodge and suites. Check in was easy. No big credit holds. Just 100 which is returned prompt the next morning. The bed was super comfy and the overall quality of customer service was excellent. I met Tina and a nice man who helped get our room together in a timely fashion. Thanks again for the outstanding customer service!
