We spent a night at a neighbor hotel for a night away from life and it was HORRIFIC. So we decided to book somewhere else the next night to make up for it.... FOUR POINTS FOR THE WIN! The front desk was able to let us check in early. We had a beautiful room. Incredible view and just got to relax like we had wanted too. We will 100% be coming back as they were so welcoming and wonderful. The bed was SO COMFY. The view was just beautiful and we had the best stay! Thank you Four points and staff!!!

I called the evening before to request early check-in which they were able to accommodate. It was awesome to have the extra few hours in the room before dinner. The hotel lobby and amenity areas are beautiful. The rooms are a bit dated but for the price I definitely cannot complain about that; they were clean, bed was very comfortable, pillows also very comfortable. Would definitely go back!
great location within walking distance to falls and nearby attractions. the nightly rate is reasonable. the facilities are good. covid protocols were followed and clearly explained. the hotel encourages you to book with third party sellers, rather than booking directly with them (odd that they don't price match). the front desk manager (josh) is a real power tripping guy who feels he owns the building, he is often quite rude and condescending to guests in person and over the phone. if you have any issues speak to the GM Jeremy and he'll be able to sort it out. the service is improving. the rooms are spacious with comfortable beds and plenty of towels.
Its quiet due to COVID-19. However its still a great hotel to get away. The rooms are nice, clean. You don't need to leave the hotel as there are great choices of dinning at the lower level so take out and enjoy
- Clean place - Good customer service - I asked for a late check out, they accommodated - Ihop in the building (VERY Expensive) - Starbucks in the building - Didn't get to check out amenities (covid19) - Right across the Casino - You can park at the casino, swipe your players card and avoid the expensive parking fee (post covid19) All in call, I love the convenience, priced very fairly at the moment due to the pandemic. And it's a good location. I will be back.
My Girlfriend and I came here the night of March 1st! Crazy good value, top-notch service and excellent rooms. There was an issue with the Priceline booking, so the gentleman at the front desk upgraded us to a room with a jacuzzi tub for the same price. So close to the falls! Was just a short walk there! We can't wait to come back in the summer! I can't recommend this hotel enough! 11/10! Hands down my best hotel experience ever! If you're visiting to see The Falls, a stop at the 4 points by Sheraton, will make your trip that much better!
I have stayed at this property on numerous occasions. It is simple and has all the requirements but nothing spectacular. The pool area is nice. As a platinum loyalty member they gave vouchers to local dining establishments that was nice of them. They also provided a shuttle to the Embassy Suites hotel which was nice. They main reason I rated it a 3-star and not higher because at one time this property was considered a category 2 for loyalty members and now is has a category 6 rating. So for a category 6 rating it is not worth the value. This should be corrected.
After reading the reviews, I was concerned about the old rooms. It was my niece's birthday so I wanted to make sure it is nice and renovated. This was kind of the last minute request the day before the 4 week lockdown. We checked in early around 2pm and they were able to accommodate everything. We were on 15th floor and were so impressed with the very nicely decorated room, big window with a city view. Everything looks new in the room. Got a min fridge, coffee machine, hair dryer. We will definitely come back.
