I loved this place. I had a chicken burrito spicy and it was delicious. They have a great selection of tacos burritos qasadias starters and wraps. I found the ingredients to be fresh and the prices were fair. Although the service was slow because the place was busy the server was polite and very nice. If ever Im in Niagara Falls again this is a place where I'll be eating again.

Was here a week ago and inquired about gluten free options for wraps and there were none. Then the lady(owner?)proceeds to list off every option on the menu which was gluten free (sauces too!). In the end she free-styled an off the menu bowl for my daughter. Generous portions for the bowls and salads and my beef shawarma was one of the tastiest of had in years of trying shawarma all over the GTA. Excellent food and exceptional customer service.

Worst service, very rude people, don’t know how to make a simple falafel wrap. The wrap was super dry, hot sauce was just some red chilli powder mixed with water. And then they were arguing, trying to prove themselves correct. Honestly, it wasn’t even a wrap, cause they broke it!

Very poor customer service. They were arguing saying they can't give more than 3 or four types of veggies. So does a falafel wrap which is a veggie special cant have hot pepper. Come on you charge 10 dollars and be a cheapskate for something which doesn't even cost 10 cents. I would hate to eat here ever.if you don't know how to make wraps please close the store

Paid 12.50 for a beef Shawarma and there was enough beef for a child. Very disappointed

AVOID THIS PLACE. Overpriced for less than 1 star food. The rice was tasteless, the chicken was edible and the sauce was definitely questionable. It’s not your typical yogurt/sour cream with garlic… it tastes like tartar sauce for fish and chips. Honestly, I’m hungry and I had to throw away 20 after buying that platter.

The most embarrassing and rude experience I have ever had at a restaurant for asking to use the bathroom after I had already made a purchase. I was actually happy seeing more halal restaurants in the area, but the lady's (owner's) behaviour ruined my mood for the night on my honeymoon. I wanted to come back there for food. Your behaviour was a very good way to lose customers. I wish this experience upon no one, would never go back in a million years. You are better off having some halal food at Casablanca only a few minutes from there, been there 10s of times and always left happy.

It was a great experience, food was delicious, prices are reasonable, staff were very friendly. I would definitely recommend it.
