My in-law’s stay at this hotel every time they visit the falls so my husband and I decided to give it a go and it is now our favourite hotel! We always look forward to the jacuzzi & great location. The room is always clean, staff is friendly, front desk is awesome! The only thing for me is there was a bit of residue left in the jacuzzi I had to clean off but other than that I can’t complain! Really excited to check in tomorrow for the weekend :)

The outlook of the hotel is like an apartment building. Staff is good. The rooms is cleaned. But the toiletries is limited. No toothbrush and toothpaste and if you want it you can have from hotels vending machine for 4. The lifts of the hotel is dead slow . Due to Covid 19 no coffee maker no iron etc. The overall experience is normal. The parking is 15 plus taxes on the property.

My boyfriend and I had a great time! Lovely staff all very friendly ! Clean room , quiet , COMFORTABLE BED!!! Was very pleased with my sleep ! And pillows were great! The heart shaped tub worked awesome and it was fun ! I never write these kinds of things but they deserved this review. Thank you Howard Johnson ! :)

Excellent location. Close to everything you need to enjoy the falls. I have stayed here several times and will go back again once Covid restrictions loosen. This trip was just about seeing different walls than my own so it was good to just get away and stay in the room!

I've had a not as good experience this time as I did before... room smelt, and then the doors were broken and we could not get in our room. Besides that the room is nice! Great for the price, in a good location to the falls themselves.
