I read all the reviews before contacting his company yesterday, which were all great! However I called and asked if they just treat heads and not the home. She said yes and there was a miscommunication with how much it cost for her to complete each head (2 heads) and mileage somehow. But she got to my house and than ask which package I would like to pay for...I thought I was going to pay 22 per head, but that was not an option on her sheet so I chose the one and done which said 85. Once she completed my head and my son's hair she wrote out the bill, charging me 165 for my hair (shoulder length and thin) and 85 for my son (har a couple cm long) plus mileage and the bottle of spray I asked for the couch. The total was 345. I was stunned and felt like I was in a very tough spot. If I had know that was what she was charging at the beginning I would have said no. But she told me after the service was performed and she was only there for 1hour. Her mileage was also higher because she came from the Burlington location and not the Niagara Falls location. I used the number for the Falls so if you call I would double check where they are coming from. All I can say is I really hope the treatment works and that if you are thinking of using them get them to be very clear at the beginning about price. Very upset they were not clear. The website describes pricing very different.

Lice Squad mobile unit was incredible. Carrie came to our house and was prompt and so friendly. My kids felt at ease and we felt confident that our lice issue was taken care of. She gave us great tips to remain lice free.

After self treating and either not doing it well enough, or just getting "lucky" twice, I called in the big guys. The clinic is wonderfully located, but they do house calls too! Very clean, and excellent service! Hope to not ever come back, haha, but would recommend it without question!
