I had made an appointment online, and came in early. They were able to take me in right away :) the woman who did my bloodwork was really nice, and distracted me as I don't do well with needles. She made me feel super comfortable, and I would highly recommend this location!

I love coming here, staff are friendly and there is hardly ever much of a wait. I also love that I can get my results online. I read the review about the lady that had to get an extra form but was upset that she had to pay for an item at the pharmacy to get change to get out. The parking has nothing to do with lifelabs! It’s always best to think about things before you speak :)

This Lab does not deserve a rating at all. I am on a limited income and can't afford to drive around for nothing. I went to this Lab yesterday to get blood work done as requisitioned by my doctor and after checking the posted hours being 5:30, I picked my daughter up from school early (at 2:00 PM) and drove to this location with my low fuel light on.. I drove into the parking lot that had a sign posted to pay 2.50 for parking when I leave. We went into the building and to the basement to find that the Lab closes Wednesdays at NOON. Other times that it is open has the hours at 3:30 for closure. I was disgusted. I went back to the main floor and into the pharmacy to get change for parking and the pharmacist said that I am not the first person this has happened to and it is an ongoing thing that has been happening for over a year. I am sure that if this is continuously happening, someone would have mentioned something to them in a year and the hours should have been fixed on this listing. So this cost my daughter an hour of school time, my gas and 2.50 for parking... All for nothing. I am not impressed. By the way, I am also on a walker so this was an extra strain for me.
