We booked room 2324, a Superior Fallsview Room with Whirlpool on the 23rd (highest) floor. The best thing about the room was the amazing view, but I just expected the room to be larger and more luxurious for its name. I liked the fireplace in the room and the jacuzzi. The coffee corner could be better, though. Coffee machine seemed cheap (generic) and we asked for help from the hotel staff to figure out how to operate it, which they gladly did. Parking was across the street (in the other Marriott hotel's parking lot) and was 25. Everything in general was pretty good. The 4 stars are because it's simply not a 5-star hotel.

Stayed at this hotel for my husbands birthday. View was great as we were on the 17th floor. If the windows were clean it would have been better. Some type if party happened in this room as there was confetti paper on the window ledge and some stuck to the ceiling. Couch and chair were very worn but bed was good. The grill was excellent for dinner and the staff at the restaurant and bar were fabulous. Overall the rooms need improvement for the price charged.
I always enjoy staying at this hotel when visiting the falls the view it’s absolutely breathtaking. Check in is friendly and quick. The hotel itself did its best at enforcing Covid-19 protocols. The room was luxurious, spacious and impeccably clean. The amazing view of the falls day and night, wonderful rooms with Jacuzzis, and hotels friendly staff, makes best place to stay at the Niagara falls.
If its the view you booked this hotel for then its worth the money. Our room was 1617 on the 16th floor and the views were amazing. Apart from that there was nothing extraordinary about this Marriot. Due to covid in door dining was limited and most people got their food ordered from outside. No microwave or safe inside the room. They recieve a diverse range of customers and I was hoping to get breakfast with Halal/Kosher options which were not there . Overall the hotel lobby and hallways look outdated and not like a typical 4 star hotel.
We stayed 4 night on 17th floor falls view. If you are looking for a good view this is the best place to stay. The room was cold the whole stay asked to fix it or send heater because of the kids, they don't have heaters, and couldn't fix the problem. and advised me to turn off the room heater if the air is cold ! There is only one microwave in lobby to serve the whole hotel. The parking few minutes walk from the hotel and sometime you need to walk more to find a spot in another parking place, they charge 35 per night . I know it's COVID time but the staff use it as excuse to not serve you at all. You have to go to the lobby by yourself to pick up everything.I stayed in many hotels during COVID, cleaning is very restricted and different from place to another but even deliver stuff to your door not permitted. I might try another hotel next time, hopefully it will have the same amazing view as Marriot and same nice front disk man as Mr Sam .
Fast check in and late check out were good good good! The room service was on point too (the food took almost an hour but it was delicious.) The room had a hot tub which was an added bonus but my favourite part had to be the view of the fall from our room... unreal!! My only complaint would be the cleanliness of the room which is unfortunate because everything else was perfect. After rearranging the sofa by the window, we noticed garbage underneath. I assume this is because the cleaners don’t move the furniture when cleaning but it was still a bit disappointing.
One the wonderful and spectacular view to the Niagara falls. I would give 5 star if the windows was clean enough to enjoy the falls view. Other than that great experience
No parking service. We had to look for parking for an hour which was paid. Room service was not on time. Falls view from the room was excellent - only worth to stay for a night
