This is hands down the best place to stay at Niagara, the view is simply stunning! The rooms are super clean and the whole visiting experience makes you feel like a special super guest. The only reason I am not giving it 5 stars is that the parking is not included, I personally think that for this premium price the overnight parking should be included!

Disappointed, used mask found in couch. Used tissue on hallway desk for the whole stay and a tray outside someone's room for more than 24 hrs. On a positive note the view was amazing.

Beautiful clean and AMAZING view! Great anniversary get a way. Stayed inside our room due to covid-19.

the stay was great. We went last month before the lockdown. the hotel maintained all social distancing protocols, there were sufficient sanitising stations around. The staff were very friendly and the check in process was very easy. The rooms were big and they had a great view of the niagara falls. We enjoyed our stay there throughly. The two things i didn’t like was - the parking - it was super expensive. they should know that almost 99% of their guest use car to commute and they can reduce the parking charges. - Dirty windows - People stay at this hotel for the view. i feel the windows were not clean at all. This is very disappointing.

Highly recommended!!! We had a great experience in this hotel. Pricey but worth it. My partner loved coming back. Fallsview room is spectacular. Restaurant inside the hotel was fantastic. Massage therapists in the hotel were excellent.

Lovely view from the window but window glass is bit dirty and it's not clear to take snaps. Hotel is charging 35 for parking whereas nearby places can accomodate your car for 10-20. Hotel service is nice, very neat and clean rooms.

1st visit stayed in the Junior presidential suite - fantastic experience! View was amazing!!! The room was fantastic! Spacious and very luxurious. 2nd visit stayed in The two bedroom family suite -Amazing! We were on the 25th floor, the view was absolutely incredible. The room was absolutely perfect for us. Our two children were able to enjoy in their own beds and have their own space, the best part us adults mom and dad had a private room with a beautiful en suite, “hello Whirlpool tub and wine!” Definitely enjoyed each stay, each visit seems to be more enjoyable. The rooms itself are very Clean and luxurious. The staff is extremely friendly and very helpful. The pool is fantastic. I love the location of the hotel as well! A little bit on the more expensive side but affordable and worth it! no regrets. I will definitely choose to stay at this hotel for every return to Niagara.

Pros: Absolutely gorgeous view. Better than embassy suites and Marriott Fallsview. Parking is beside the property and they have another parking spot if it overflows. Staff friendly. Check in and check out is easy using Bonvoy App. We use their free Wego (blue line) to go down the falls. Cons: Window is dirty. Take pictures when you check in. If you take pics in morning, its all spotty. Floor not cleaned properly. There were empty Starbucks cups under the couch. Their shampoo/soap/shower gel has a funny smell. It contains some eucalyptus etc and i bet you if you use it, you have to re-shampoo/re-soap yourself with another brand. The biggest cons of all is the pool. Only 10 people is allowed to use the pool for 30 minutes due to pandemic and to maintain social distancing. First come first serve basis. No problem. Here's the biggest problem: some guest use it more than 30 minutes (1 hour) and has 20 people inside, some adult guest were drinking beer in cans while watching their kids and spouse and was absolutely loud like their having a backyard party. Management should pre-booked the swimming slot during check in so other hotel guest can use the pool. If time is up then time is up. Some guest just go ahead and use the pool for longer periods and others are waiting in line. Wheres the fairness in that. I didn't pay 400 for nothing?! Would I come back again?! Im not sure. Too bad as I really like their bi-level suites.
