Niagara Freefall and Interactive Center was a really fun experience for me and my family. It is safe for kids and adults to try. I would recommend others to visit this place. Trust me, you will not regret it.

Showed up and the place looked shady. The website offers deals and prices that are incorrect. The tunnel is the older version (with pads that stop airflow and make you drop), but they are charging new clean tunnel prices. The guy there was unenthusiastic and it was dark and dingy. They wanted to charge me 70 for the first 3 minutes, then 45 for each additional 3 minutes. The website offers 25 minutes for 200. Overall it was pretty sketchy, and I wouldn't take my loved ones there. Looks like it is time for new management, and maybe a renovation.

Great place and employees. The owners are really angry people though.

Save your money! Don’t go to this place. Place is dirty and you can’t even “skydive” without the instructor holding on to you !?! Like shown on the website and the training video. Super expensive. I wish I read the reviews before bringing my kids here. But lesson learned. 70 each for 3 minutes. Waste of money!

Went here to try the Mechanical Bull ride. I called twice before hand and no answer. Paid for parking once we got here because the only sign they have for their lot, which is easily mistaken for the hotel lot next door, you cant read from the car and on Stanley Avenue traffic. Once we walked in there was no one on the main floor so we headed upstairs where we asked about the ride only to find out its not operating. Maybe a better business practice would be to answer your phone, or update the website.

Horrible Experience. The video's online and the instruction safety video on site, all show Free Fall, Tumbling and Fun interactive stuff. Nothing could be further from the truth. The wind turbine barely gets you off the ground ( maybe 2 1/2 feet ) and the instructor has to hold you up continuously to active that height. You are never free falling / always being securely held ( pulled up ) by the instructor . Biggest rip off in Niagara Falls. Save your Money. PS: The place and equipment is dirty ( especially inside the helmets ) and the staff not helpful
