Left my broken vacuum for service and was more than impressed with the low repair cost and service. Honesty at its best.
2 vacuums...1st..Vacuum was given back filthy and not serviced because I didn't ask, said the owner..??..., other vacuum I had to call to inquire about a couple weeks later to be told . he couldn't get the part needed,...maybe hes lost passion to help. Lady at desk was very polite though.
