We were 8 people who stayed here for a night and were just charged around 17 per person that too with the parking charges included. The rooms were tidy and cosy.

No good... bathroom ugly.. parking 10 dólar x day the hotel price show good price but they hide son additional charges ..so at the end you pay more.. Booking another hotel is better dials...

Terrible! Stained blanket "blood colour" paper thin walls, door didn't fully close so we kept our drinks cold by placing them infront of the door, pretty dirty, no wifi, very disappointed. Had to move to another hotel after one night couldn't stay there....

Is a really cheap accommodation, the beds are comfortable and the rooms warm. The bathroom could be more clean. The curtains barely cover the window. Is really well located, close to all the turistic stuff in Niagara falls

First off, I had to walk to a totally different hotel just to check in. The guy there didn't speak English too well & it was a little frustrating to have a conversation. No fridge no ice machine but there is a ice bucket , no mats in bathroom why? In the shower the bottom pipe stayed running even with the top shower on which I didn't like because I'm basically standing in my filth. The door was so loose that you could see through a bit and it definitely didn't make me feel safe. The bed wasn't too comfy. The good thing I have to say about this place is that the location was amazing for the price. But I definitely learnt my lesson and I won't be back

The Place is a miserable , which the hotel authority must immediately intervene and make it unfit health-wise, The washroom is such a miserable thing that animals would not like to use it. The bed was very poor with springs already used up and making noise from springs every time you take a turn. For checking in their staff was very poor, they were putting already booked customers to wait in queue and trying to sign up new customers which meant that my party and I had to wait 35 Minutes in the queue. I paid 163 at the time of booking but when I went to check in they took another 10 for parking and took another 50 for security to be returned later. when questioned about this security the front desk told that they want make sure we don't break anything. The check-in period said that we are not allowed to check-in before 4.00 P.M. They had three different motels but their checking was at one motel which meant that in rush time one park with difficulty in the motel where there is front desk but customers are told that they have to go to the other motel, and then the customer has to take whole his stuff out like suit case etc and go to parked car and then go to the other motel. I was offered room no 16 but when I went there I was supposed to get two queen beds but only got one queen bed, with the second being only a single. With my party of 4, this meant that 2 of us had to sleep on a bed that was too small and this was completely unreasonable. The room key did not work with the room lock, as the entire mechanism was faulty. I complained and some staff member came up to fix the lock but was unsuccessful. There was one (1) bathroom towel in the entire room, and there was no sink in the bathroom, only a toilet and a tub. The sink was in the room, outside the bathroom. The bed sheets were terrible, and I felt disgusted to have to sleep in this room/bed.

My fiancé and I have been staying for about a month and we have a cup where we keep our change in when we come in that evening our change was gone out of the cup there was 40 dollars worth of change in there we call the front desk about it they said they will check the cameras haven’t gotten any updates then another maid on another day just barges into our room without even knocking and saying he didn’t even know we were in here when he should have knocked instead of just coming into our room and inviting himself in and when we complain nothing was done and also when we call about our money that was taken and about the incident with the other maid they say that it was solved and saying they will check the security cameras and that the maids have been working there for 2 years and that there hasn’t been any complaints it’s like how is that my problem I’m complaining right now and 2 friends we made during our stay even was complaining about the maids but they didn’t want to say anything to them because they didn’t want to be a burden on them this is ridiculous I still don’t have the 40 dollars nothing has been done never will be coming back at all

Don't make my mistake. It may be the worst in north America. Old building doors don't open or close easily. Old mattresses and squeaky. Couldn't sleep. Towels are stained or ripped. The floors weren't cleaned for months. I never thought something that bad would exist in north America.
