Rons Kaleidoscope

I ordered one large chicken on the rocks. I requested it to be well done with extra garlic and red sauce. On the contrary Chicken was undercooked, box was half empty, it was not the large portion that l order. And there was very less garlic and red sauce. Its worst Osmos meal l ever had. Being a tourist town, they are fleeing people. Final verdict dont visit.

I have always loved going to Osmow’s and having one in Niagara falls is really great. They got good options and amazing chicken. Their different choices for spice levels are great as well. Only tip, their sitting environment is not that good at this particular location.

Worst Osmows location I’ve ever been too, the portion sizes are abysmal, I asked for the fries well done and extra garlic sauce on my chicken on the stix, they didn’t even acknowledge it. They need better training, they work too fast and mess up orders. Overall very bad experience would not eat here again.

26th March 2021 8.30 pm #Worst Osmow's location i found #We ordered falafel wraps...Falafel was uncooked , no hummus , no garlic sauce.. And even Wrap she didn't grilled properly.. Please don't waste your money to this osmow's location..

No customer service at all. I ordered 2 falafel Wrap. Not properly wrapped, Falafal was not cooked, no hummus or not any sauces were added in as the ways it should be. I realized after tasting, I should not spent my money on this location at all. The worst wrap I had. The both employees were working as they were not interested at all to serve the customers. 26-March-2021, 8.30pm
