Heed the negative reviews...I wish I had. Service is slow, prices are high, product is poor, staff are not able to effectively communicate in English. Bread sticks looked and tasted like cardboard. Pizza hut should take back this franchise.

Placed my order and then watched 5 employees stand around for 7 minutes. Finally one walked to the printer in the pizza hut section and pulled it off. She said something to the guy at the pizza hut station, he gave me a look and she made the pizza. Convenient b/c it's attached to the hotel but poorly run. (it's all connected - KFC, pizza hut, burger place, and subway)

This review is actually for the Great Canadian Burger Company which doesn't have a place to review on the internet yet, I received exceptional service from Jasi, she was very polite and welcoming , being a tourist from Calgary, I have found most first contacts I've come in contact with such as bus drivers and staff at public places are very to the point and unfriendly Jasi was a welcome face and made my day , thank you.

There was no expectation before I opened the box. It was much bigger than I thought. I would go visit again someday.

Horrible food and service. Workers could not answer simple questions. Paid 16 for a personal pizza and TEN bread sticks. Except it was only 5 short bread sticks cut in half. NOT what was displayed on their pictures, no seasoning, half as thick. Showed the workers and explained this is not was advertised and they had nothing to say.
