Niagara FallsÕ Planet Hollywood is the fun and popular eatery that celebrates celebrity culture while serving delectable classic American eats. For a tasty start to your meal, enjoy the blackened shrimp served with spicy Creole mustard and the homemade parmesan spinach dip served with tortilla chips, both of which are delicious and sharable. Some of Planet HollywoodÕs house specialty entrees include the seasoned and grilled movie star chicken in a creamy mushroom sauce, the L.A. lasagna layered with meat sauce with creamy garlic and tomato sauce and the barbecue pork side ribs in a tangy sweet sauce. Fantastic time. The nostalgic experience is great for a film buff like myself. I had the Salmon Hollywood Bowl. My wife had the vegetarian burger and she couldn't stop talking about it. She has tried many vegetarian burgers, and she said this is the best one to date. The whole meal rocked. The salmon was grilled to perfection and the flavours of the entire dish were very exciting. The staff was incredibly friendly and and made the experience feel special. Hats off and a bow to Robbie (I think that's his name). He was a fantastic server. The lights, displays, and videos showing added such a great element to the experience. We'll definitely be back. Thank you all at Planet Hollywood for a great time. Kudos

Took a little while till someone gave us a seat, but food is fantastic and our waiter Tyler was very nice! I had a Kahuna Big Burger and my wife the Chili Nachos. It was awesome! Drinks were good too. Very nice location. Thanks for all.

The waitress was nice. The food was horrible. We had fajitas and the tortillas weren't even warm. We must have waited at least 45 minutes for the food . There was a table close to us that wasn't bussed for the duration we were there. The price was outrageous. They should just shut the place down. Just completely run down.

This place would be amazing if it was 1992 and the celebs would spend some money on upkeep. The positive is that the waiters are trying to be really nice and accommodating but that's only because they know whoever is in the kitchen seriously needs a career change. To be fair I think this place looks and feels like it does because they are too busy discounting services to make up for the crap. Yeesh.

I was in Niagara Falls this past weekend. We decided to try Planet Hollywood for dinner. When we got in we were happy to see it wasn't busy. We stood at the "please wait to be seated" sign forever! We looked around, maybe 7 tables full, so we were questioning if we should seat ourselves. Then after everyone sitting at their tables kept looking at us due to them.noticing we were not being served, we decided to leave. Ended up at the Hard rock Cafe, we had to wait 15 minutes for a table because it was so busy, but that did not bother us as we were acknowledged!

You pay for the decor and that's it. It took us 40 minutes to get three bowls of pasta and chicken fingers. The chicken was all cooked way too much almost to the point of being inedible, and whatever sauce they put on my pasta gave me terrible stomach pain that night into the next day. The serving staff were pleasant but obviously trying to put on a smile while delivering the food. I waited for the usual question when the meal was over "How was your meal?", so I could say my two cents. They never asked and I suspect they never do because it's always negative.

We went there today on the 20 just to try it out. We have been to many hard rocks, so we wanted to try planet Hollywood, seeing as we are both movie buffs!! We went in at 430 and it was dead. Which was amazing BC we were able to pick where we wanted to sit and did not feel rushed as we did at many other places. Our server was Joseph and he was awesome. Our meal was great and our drinks were even better!!! Definitely recommend eating here if you like a laid back environment.

Did this place close down? I was there Tuesday March 29th and the place was closed at 3pm. No signs or anything to indicate why. I was initially interested because my hotel gave me a coupon for the kids to eat free. Based on the other reviews I'm glad we ended up going to Hard Rock instead.
