More times than enough I have seen children in the waiting room waiting far longer than I would like to see. I would gladly give up my spot to see them not having to suffer needlessly. Thank you to the staff and Doctors for all that is accomplished and thanks for this opportunity to express a needed view. PLEASE place a notation of children entering and given a head of the cue placement. Children are flowers in the garden of GOD.

I have called multiple times and there's no one there to pick up the phone. That should say everything you need to know about the quality of clinic this is and how they prioritize patients. Read the other reviews to see how they treat human beings in-person.
I’ve been using the services of Primary Care Niagara for years. The doctors are helpful and efficient, and have personally helped me through life-altering injuries with professional courtesy and support. The admin staff and RNs are always warm and welcoming as well. I highly recommend their services.
In my 67 years this is the most efficient, compassionate Doctor I have come across. My husband was recently diagnosed with a life threatening illness . This Doctor could not be more caring and efficient. Dr Singh I also admire the work you have done in Africa My husband had the pleasure of working in Mombasa and I had the pleasure of joining him for 3 weeks.. An experience we will never forget Dr. Singh you are a special person
This clinic needs better and polite doctors. Dr sigh very rude and never listens. I told him I have hives not infection. He gave me antibiotic. Asked him what antibiotic will do. He said he got no time to discussing. This is for the owner. Have you done anything about this specific trash person .? I am never coming back this clinic. Morrison clinic got smiling Dr's . They even listen you. Soon more ppl will know your clinic worse
I’ve only ever had the best experience here, with both, the front desk staff and the Drs. Like any medical clinic nowadays, there may be a bit of a wait, but patience is key!
Registered as an actual patient here and do the online check in.. Still waiting for 2 hours plus.. Watched staff leave and come back for breaks, and other paitents just get taken in before me even know they showed up after. The worst part is I was sent for xrays and told to return in the morning.. Still not prepared for me and still such a long wait. Friendly staff and good doctors though.
I usually check in online for appointments if I'm sick, they give me an appointment time 1 hour after. However I hadn't been here in a while, my online appointment was 6 1/2 hours after I registered. When I arrived the room was empty so I went to triage nurse and she refused to take my card, told me that I need to put Down 40 to see the doctor and I need to renew my card. I never had this problem before at this clinic she was also very rude like she was in a rush to get back to an empty waiting room. Left and went to the hospital where I should have gone initially.
