If I can put zero stars, I would. Absolutely terrible services, and owners are extremely disrespectful. They take advantage of visitors- they towed my car in less than 1 hour of parking in their lot. There was no signs that parking must be paid upon arrival/no one available to accept payment when parking. Not only, but there was also no signs of risk of getting your car towed if not paid upon entering. Absolutely terrible and disgusting.

Do not stay here!! The place was VERY unclean and should not be available to anyone to book. We had probably the most dirty room there! We looked into other rooms and they appeared to be in better shape. No warm water, stinky rooms, one of the doors have a crack so you can see into our room, stained carpets, shower smelt of urine, and the rain came through the ceiling. Cheap parking and the owner was polite. But there is NO WAY our room should be legally allowed to rent out to anyone. Let me just say we didn’t feel comfortable setting our stuff down, using the shower, or sleeping on their sheets. First and last time staying in a motel.
The room was in a good location, the heart shaped jacuzzi was an experience. But the room was really dirty and we'll used / abused.
Was staying there because it was cheap with no deposit. Rooms were never really cleaned but whatever. Just a place to sleep. Went there this time and they now ask for 200 deposit. Better to stay at Olympic Hotel because it's cleaner and only 100 deposit.
DISGUSTUNG! BED BUGS!!!! DAUGHTER WAS BIT! do not stay here, no towels or cloths in our room, dusty and dirty making me wonder how well they sanitized between customers. The stairs going up to the 2nd floor were icy, my daughter had several bedbug bites! After we checked out the owner calls me claiming I STOLE HIS TOWLES!!! IF I COULD GIVE A MINUS I WOULD!
I loved it had all we needed and more ? Jacuzzi , comfortable bed .. needs to upgrade cable package? Had only antenna tv ... open pool during covid and cleaned regularly .. very proactive staff even at night.. close to all the Falls amenities.. so no car needed to go to falls or Clifton hill added bonus..
Nice motel, clean except bathroom has pink ventilation visible in bathroom wall. The wifi signal is low and I called front desk and get the answering machine. One light bulb in the is missing and the other is broken out of the 3.
my god where do I start? Worst place to book 112 dollars for 1 night they charged pet fee parking fee, fridge broken, wifi didn't work, hair dryer broken, toilet broken yes toilet was broken, very dirty and believe it or not walls had spiders and big spider nets, tv broken actual screen broken and no channels, 2 small soaps 1 roll of toilet paper, floor was full of dust on the corners, bed sheet were itchy we couldn't sleep properly from itching, I promise u iam telling the truth avoid at all costs
