Booked a room at Days Inn. They transferred us to Ramada saying that this property is recently renovated and is one of their sister property. Got our room at Ramada, but there were smudges all over the sink, hair in the bathroom, hair in towel. It was just not a good impression for a recently renovated property. Mohammed at front desk helped us to get another room ans was helpful. This room was okay till the time I went to use Iron. There was coffee in the iron.I did inform front desk about the incident. I got lucky that my clothes didn't get ruined. But for anyone booking their stay here please check the iron before use. It just doesn't look good on the housekeeping team. The management need to understand that room needs to be thoroughly checked before being ready to be checked in. Would never book again with Ramada or Days Inn.

Terrible experience! Miserable people in management! Got kicked out in the middle of the night because we didn't have the proper paperwork for our support dog! Our 3 lbs dog must really be a threat! Not to mention, in the middle of covid we were they're only guest! Rude and inexperienced staff! Will NEVER return!
Clean place, reasonable price. Actually a very neat hotel and comfortable. About a 20 min walk to the falls itself. Very friendly and helpful staff. Unfortunately no breakfast guess due to the pandemic.
Great hotel for the price. I had a great time here. The rooms are very comfortable,clean, and big! Staff are very nice. The location is really good and many stores are near it. It's a 15 min walk to Clifton Hill. The hotel also provides you with many amazing coupons. We got into few fun activities for free! The hotel overall is a bit old but very comfortable. Definitely recommend.
I love this hotel! Booked here last year for my anniversary and will be going back this year as well. I called the hotel today, ahead of time, to let them know I will be checking in a little later. I also mentioned that on the groupon site it says either king or queen, but I needed the king if possible, as my boyfriend is very tall. I spoke with a gentleman named Tom who was extremely helpful and accommodating. The rooms are also very nice, with lovely tubs! I will always book here. The only downside is the towels are really small (like they don’t fit around you) they’re a little abrasive on the skin, and they don’t generally give you enough towels.
Really clean, friendly staff. Nice jacuzzi. Only the location is not the best , but the rest was fine. I would come back.
Clean and comfortable rooms and friendly staff. We checked out and after returning home found out later that night that we forgot my son's Elmo toy. He'd had this toy since he was one year old so to have it go missing was devastating. I called the hotel and spoke with Tim at the front desk. Tim said he would call me back. A few minutes later he called and sent me a pic of the toy. He took it upon himself to personally go and search the room. Thanks Tim for going above and beyond. That extra 1% made my son's night. excellent customer service.
My fiancé and I had plans to stay at the 4 points and unfortunately got turned away at check in because of no credit card. We were then in a situation where we had to go and find another hotel. We came across Ramada and we were greeted by an amazing worker named Tim! He helped us SO much with getting another room quickly and with upgrades for no extra cost. He was extremely friendly and made our trip so much better!! He even went above and beyond and called the 4 points and made sure that they were going to give us a refund for what had happened. Our room was also very clean, comfortable and quiet. It was a very nice room with a king sized bed and a jacuzzi tub and couch. We had more than enough space for just the two of us but it made our trip so much better!! We can’t wait to go again and this will be our first choice when we go to Niagara Falls now! Thank you for such great service!!
