At first its all pretty and people on the phone are courteous but then we got our room.. wasn't cleaned... dust and hair all over the bed and bathroom... the pool was supposedly open when we called (but it hasn't been open since covid) then we had to complain but we were lucky to find the manager at the front desk who gave us a fully cleaned room one floor higher, no other commodities nor discount... Oh right he gave us (4 person) 1 redbull xD it was a good night sleep though... no one was running in the hallway

Decent hotel for the price. Friendly front desk staff. Some rooms have a beautiful view overlooking a Buddhist temple! Jacuzzi/King Suite was a good size and rooms were clean. Beds were comfortable, however pillows could have been a bit better. About an 8-10 minute drive to the falls/Clifton Hill. 4 minute drive to Whirlpool Golf Course/Butterfly Conservatory.

The location was great, not very close to the hustle and bustle of Niagara Falls and not very far off. If you are an adventure lover, the White water trail is just right across the hotel.

Our room was clean, large and the king size bed was very comfortable. I enjoyed the Jacuzzi and took 2 relaxing bubble baths during my stay. There was noise from adjacent rooms and hallway in the early evening, however, we didn't hear anything after 10 PM. Our curtains did not pull completely together but it didn't matter to our comfort and quality of sleep. The front desk staff and manager were friendly and professional. Our TV didn't work at the start of our stay and was fixed within minutes of our reporting it. I recommend this hotel for couples on vacation.

Decent. Not luxurious, not nasty. Just fine for a weekend or long weekend. Staff are not very friendly though that’s why I removed stars. Other than that, does the job!

Me and my boyfriends stay was amazing! We had a few problems with the first room we got though. The TV wouldn’t work, the bed sheets weren’t changed and the jets for the hot tub didn’t work. After telling the front desk they gave us a new room and ended up not charging us for parking which was very nice of them. Giving this hotel a 4 start rating due to the problems for the first room we got. But other than that it was amazing. Definitely coming back here again!

New Year Celebration. It was a good time. Welcome to 2021. My daughter and I had a relaxing time at the Ramada. We had wine, we had good food! Unfortunately no breakfast due to Covid-19. Clean, spacious rooms. Staff were pleasant and professional. Would recommend this hotel for a quick get away weekend.

Disgusted. We stayed here 6 months ago and loved our stay, we stayed here a year ago, and loved our stay. Now we showed up and we’re given the second room from the lobby. Then changed to a higher room and sacrificed our king size bed. To be put in a DIRTY room. I used a Lysol wipe, to wipe everything down before staying in a hotel, and it was brown after wiping coffee stains off the table. To then go into the washroom and see water or spit stains all over the mirror. Disgusting. We moved to the holiday inn on centre street and couldn’t be happier with the cleanliness, staff, hotel, location. NEVER stay at the Ramada!
