We had a nice stay. The room was dated and there were a couple issues with cleanliness. The plastic menu was covered in good and the remote control for the TV was disgusting. We stayed in a king jacuzzi suite. The bed was comfortable but the fitted sheet wouldn't stay on the mattress and it only has 4 small pillows on the bed. The jacuzzi kept losing water but it was nice that we could both for being larger people. The staff was great though! Very friendly and helpful. The location was good. Not far from the Casino and Falls but lots of traffic on Stanley Avenue. For the price we paid it was overall an enjoyable stay.

A value place would be a good characteristic for this location. If one were to look for a room with a good quality shower, comfortable bed, swift customer service at the reception, quality restaurant downstairs and other options, I would recommend to cross the street and stay at DoubleTree hotel. However, available at a minute notice for an extremely competitive price - it would be tough to find anything in the area. The hotel was not overcrowded for us. My friends who stayed as well complained that their neighbors are boisterous and disrespectful to others in the hotel, but management handled the issue efficiently. It is also a 10-15 min walking distance from all major attractions and restaurants. It was a great relief to hear from my wife that she loved the bed quality. The shower is not sophisticated but functioned properly with not stopping the supply of hot water. You won't see the falls out of your window, but the room is quiet and lets you recharge to walk to the falls yourself after a good rest. Another small detail - no fridge and a bottle of water is 3.50 tax. If IHOP is not exactly your type of healthy breakfast, Old Stone Inn Boutique Hotel Restaurant is a good option being 5 min walking distance away. You are welcome to check my review for it.

Best thing about this place is the super friendly staff! Had a great experience checking in. The room had nothing majorly wrong with it either. Very clean, big bathroom, comfortable bed. For 55 bucks a night you can’t go wrong. The only thing that was glitchy was the TV. The remote didn’t want to work most of the time. And when it did it was majorly delayed. But I ended up using my phone as a remote and everything worked much more smoothly. Definitely would come back!

The place needs a reno. Our bed was like sleeping on a box spring. No hot water in the morning to shower. I gave a two because the staff we're nice. Got us into a new room bed was better. They also explained that we had to let the water run for a while before it gets hot. They weren't kidding let it run for a full 5min before getting in. Oh, they didn't tell us about the "half price" parking fee of 10 per night. Also a bottle of water in the room is 3.50. Bring your own water. Buyer beware you get what you pay for.

Wasn't crazy about seeing the whole floor area (except bathroom) carpeted. Too concerned that there's no way that floor can be clean and bug free. Beds were comfy. Was considerate of them to bring in a holdout bed for the 5 yr old. The four of us adults all had a great sleep and appreciated the closeness to Niagra Fall's main area within walking distance. Parking was a little too steep. Pool area was nice, considering the current pandemic situation. Liked the abundance of towels. Handy being attached to IHOP. We all enjoyed a breakfast there but that's another story.

Expire coffee whitner, old carpet, Niagra fees taxes parking facilities charges on top. Room will cost at the end 110 to - 130 if you drink 2 bottles from hotel which already there it will cost 3.50 exrta. Stay away from this place...

Clean and tidy place! I got a great deal through hotel.com,the only thing which I did not like was, there was not a clear notification about the closure of the indoor pool.
