These people at this bank including the bank manager is resist treat colourd people different!they were very rude to me and treated me different..i can feel the energy & the vibe and how she was looking at me and the tone she used was not right..I closed my corporate account and personal account with Scotia because of this! Also called Scotia bank customer service to make a complaint those ppl need to lose their jobs for their Unprofessional service! They think they're royalty or something cuz they work at the bank making 30k a year? They got jealous cuz they didn't like the 7 figure numbers in my account it must be!

Just left this location after booking an apt through the call centre last week. Unfortunately the call centre did not book my apt properly as they “could not find me in the system”. My apt was for 3pm 12/15/2020. The woman working the door at this time was extremely rude about the situation and asked me many personal questions about myself and my son. That were not necessary. This was a simple mistake that i could accept, if they were at least apologetic for the inconvenience. They had to book me in for another day, But with the womans attitude I am turned off from this branch. The women who booked my next apt was not much nicer to me. My boyfriend is a long term client here and thats what made me consider scotia bank for my son and in the future, myself. It seems scotia bank is too good for their clients so i will be bringing my families money/investments elsewhere!
