Great location. Newly renovated rooms. Big Led TV. We had a great view of the falls. There was a walk in shower with water coming down like rain from the ceiling. Overall my experience was good and staff was quite friendly.

Best prices in Niagara for high floor modern rooms facing the room. Paid 95 can for top floor Fallsview. Friendly staff. Only complaint was elevator. One elevator running to high floors. Lineup was long.
Best out of the Fallsview hotels, so far. We've stayed in Embassy suite, Marriott Fallsview and Spa, Marriott on the Falls. As of March 2021, for a family with kids, Sheraton on the Falls seem to be the best bang for your buck. Walkable to most of the family activities on Clifton Hills, a hop and a leap to the Garden, and of course, the Falls itself. Garden views can see the Canadian Falls. Rooms are immaculate. The only gripe that I have with this, is not the hotel, but the Starbucks downstairs. Convenient, yes, but the prices are twice what you would normally pay in regular Starbucks (and that's already expensive to begin with). Yes, a lot of the places are closed, but you can still enjoy family time by walking around the garden and along the falls. Walking along the neighbourhood is a bit unsettling perhaps for some families, as there are rundown areas, especially at night. There are less people around during the pandemic, so I don't recommend being out at night...still seems safe along the falls. The pool got closed early because some hotel guests didn't abide by the max 10 people and 1 hour limit. Sad. I wish the hotel had a reservation system for when the pool is open. I take out 1 star for that. You can't control people if there's no staff in the pool area to ensure its' implementation. Otherwise, the stay was a great experience, considering the circumstances of the restrictions.
Basing on our experience, we paid for the view. It was amazing! Everything was just a walk away. Convenient location. Service was not what we expected. We had to call room service for basics- sugar and milk (coffee and tea were there), toothpaste and toothbrush.. we called room service and it took a few times for someone to answer.
Went there with my kids and husband, absolutely loved it! The hotel was very accommodating and I chose to stay in the garden view room. I had 2 queen beds and a pull out couch which was perfect for our family. The staff was friendly and the hotel was super clean!! Highly recommend sheraton on the falls!!!
Great location and loved the view of the falls. Loved hearing the falls from the room. After the view, the water pressure in the shower was the second best part of the room. The king bed was nice and comfortable and the wifi was fast enough to stream movies. They have removed the in room coffee and tea. The bathroom felt a little out dated. The staff were great, friendly and professional.
Thank you Sheraton associates for great service during my stay in Hotel just a few days ago. From reservation and booking time I felt very comfortable and very safe.Hotel employee are great J.Mohammed was very kind and helpful each day .Hotel was operating so good even do It was under renovation and construction Team did not disturb me at all ,when you see them on the floor they just kind , very nice polite and helpful.(team moving beds or painter who was wearing white uniform) Room was very clean, bed very comfortable ,view from my room just fantastic. Bravo to all Team during this difficult time and hope to see you soon .
Great view, great room, no problems with booking or at the reception desk, a nice touch is that the window opens in the rooms unlike most hotels for some fresh air and a nice spot for pictures of the falls. The room was fairly priced but parking was a bit expensive. Overall great experience just be prepared to walk a bit if you don’t pay the hotel parking fee
