Worst experience ever! During the Covid time I went to this Shopper's location to buy some cosmetics. Due to 2 recent pulmonary failures in 2020 & underlying asthma it is an absolute necessity that I not obstruct or reduce my airways in any way shape or form. This is the reason I have been advised not to, and do not adhere to the practice of mask wearing. A day in February 2021 I was in the boutique shopping for some makeup.upon entering the boutique one of the older cosmeticians ask me where my mask was. I politely informed her of my medical condition and the woman literally gave me a dirty look, then rolled her eyes & muttered something under her breath. The 2nd lady who did serve me was extremely rude as well. She was openly condescending to the exclusion of any other topic including the anwering of my question. When I was finally able to refocus her & have her concentrate on answering my question, she became hurried & quickly recommended a product that she said would meet my needs. I openly accepted the professional advice despite a complete lack of any professional behavior displayed by this employee to this point. I got home & realized her recommendation was horrible for my complexion. I will NEVER RETUN to this Shopper's Drug Mart location because I've never been treated so poorly without any empathy for my circumstances. These old women should be out of a job!!! Respiratory failure is a serious condition that develops when the lungs can't get enough oxygen into the blood. Buildup of carbon dioxide can also damage the tissues and organs and further impair oxygenation of blood and, as a result, slow oxygen delivery to the tissues. Therefore, Masks aren't recommended for: People who suffer from illnesses or disabilities that make it difficult to put on or take off a mask or those who have difficulty breathing.

Customer service level 110%. New resident of Niagara Falls. Kudos to Nancy at the 6565 Lundy's Lane store. Nancy assisted my wife with a Christmas gift return. Nancy went above and beyond. Will certainly do more business at this Shoppers. Went away feeling really good. Too bad all people couldn't be like Nancy.
