I scheduled a training session for one of my employees for Aerial Work Platforms at the Niagara Falls location in which I received an email confirmation. My employee arrived and was on the list for training and proceeded to sign in and complete the training that day which turned out to be a different course which I hadn't signed him up for. After making a phone call I was informed that the course I signed him up for was cancelled but I wasn't notified. I was told that they couldn't allow him to have the certificate for the training that he completed that day and they would give me a 20 discount for the proper course which was now going to be held in Hamilton (an extra hour of drive time). After a day of lost wages and lost profit I told the facilitator this wasn't acceptable but no further compensation was offered. my loss of 800 was apparently only worth a 20 discount. Now after the fact I see that they charged me full price for a lanyard that was offered at a discount. Very disappointing.
I rent a lot of lawn repair equipment and its always available and in great working order.
