This was first time here. It was okay ... The room was clean and nicely decorated. The best part of the stay was the restaurant... total social distance between tables and guests. Great restaurant, the food was superb....and delectable to the eye ... The restaurant staff were super friendly and professional. Our stay was disapointed as it ended with a massive headache/migraine due to being suddenly wakened at 7am with very loud construction in the next room side us... The loud noise was none stop for over an hour until I had to call the front desk ... and though less noisy the hammering continued ... why would they place us in a room that they knew renovation would starting at 7am next door .... the hotel was not even at capacity ... they could have placed us anywhere else or start construction later...obviously we were not considered or respected oh good heavens Compensation .... 25 or 30deducted from the bill. (I am not even sure if it was that much) In addition when we came back from a lovely dinner and daybto unwind with snacks and some telly.. The television was not working and the service guy could not fix it ...compensation ...17.00 parking cost deduction from our bill. Compensation was extremely meager... I actually felt insulted enough to say don't bother we will pay what was due ... .. but we decided not to ruin our celebration and just to nod, smile and leave and debate if we would return Decision after much thought it was nice little hidden place...most likely would not return for an overnight stay..... but to the restaurant... most likely would.... the 1 or 2 % overnight chance we would take because it is clean and the location was so central to the Falls... but an otherwise maybe not... I’m only 4 hours into my stay and loving it! Big and roomy clean room. Huge comfy bed. I had an awesome deep tissue massage and just finished having the best steam room experience in my own room! Get the room with the steam shower, It’s legit! And the location is great, too! Highly recommend and will definitely be back!
I really enjoyed my stay here. It felt like a hidden gem among the Niagara hotels. It was very affordable and the rooms were huge. I booked a room with a steam shower which was a really great way to relax and feel pampered right in my room. At about 4am there was a water leak in my room and I had to move rooms. The staff were very helpful and made the process quick and easy. They upgraded me to a beautiful suit with a huge jacquzzi tub as well as provided free mimosa's for breakfast. Overall the breakfasts were great - with some of the best coffee I have ever had. My only complaint was that the bed in our first room was not very comfortable and had a giant dip in the mattress (the bed in the second room was very comfy). And the furniture was quite worn. Especially in the suit - there were cracks in the plastic surfaces of the chairs and some tears. I also found the parking a little expensive but there was a 5 lot beside the hotel. Overall - I would 100% come again and stay at the Sterling Inn next time I am in Niagara.
Phenomenal hotel experience. The entire check in/checkout/parking process was easy and quick. The room was spacious, room service was prompt and the atmosphere was that of a condo apartment. Everything was extremely clean. There was handwritten sweet note from our housekeepers which went over and above regular hospitality. In room jacuzzi was great. The best part was the complimentary breakfast in bed which was beyond lavish and high quality with delicious yogurt, ample amount of tea, coffee and orange juice and sumptuous house baked pastry filled with egg. Will definitely be returning!
Excellent hotel at a very reasonable price. Close to all attractions. Breakfast is delivered to your room in the morning at the time requested. Although, it was the same assortment for each day of our stay. The rooms are spacious and clean. Big comfortable bed and large screen TV over a fireplace (electric light-up). I will definitely be returning. BTW, parking across the street at the Chef of India restaurant is 10, whereas the hotel charge is 17tax . We had dinner at the Chef of India one night and it was excellent (5/5).
Me and my husband have been loyal clients in this hotel past 5 years. Its our hidden gem to visit when we need to get away. The rooms are so big and spacious you feel like you are in a condo, the bed is very comfortable and the best part is having breakfast in bed. Comparing to other hotels in Niagara its definitely the Best of the Best. Thank you for the amazing service Cannot wait to be back
If anybody is looking for bargain deals for hotels and resorts head to ʜᴏᴛᴇʟʙᴜʟʟʏ.ᴄᴏᴍ booked a hotel room on there and they had the best rates anywhere! Absolutely stunning rooms, breakfast in bed was amazing, fireplace and light jazz playing in the background. It was the most relaxing two days
Where do I start. We got married in Niagara Falls and stayed 4 nights at the Sterling inn and spa. We had a couples massage from Steve and Carolyn. They were great and the ambiance is just amazing. Anna the housekeeper made sure our room was decorated with the loveliest towels transformed into doves and hearts with rose petals. There was even a dozen roses and a bottle of champagne with 2 flutes awaiting for us apon our arrival. Everything from the cleanliness to spaciousness to the beauty of these rooms is breathtaking! Mostly, Deanna, the manager went well above and beyond what she is required to do in such a position. She dealt with our every request, want and need for almost a year building up to our special day. Never did she make us feel like we were burdening her with anything and she always made sure to do whatever she could to assure our time there would be magical. We honestly can not thank her enough for everything she did for us before and during our stay. This hotel is by far the best place I have ever frequented and can not say enough great things about my experience there.
